Abstract
The target of the thesis is to find out whether and how much influence regional labeling the Association of Regional labels on the development of the region Odra river – Moravian Kravaře in the field of socio-economic as well as tourism. Influence is salso examined in time.
Regional labeling evaluation was achieved by means of quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the holders of the label Moravian Kravaře. The qualitative survey conducted as a direct interview with the coordinator labeling in the region.
The research found that regional label contributes to regional development Odra river – Moravian Kravaře. As this is a developing region, the label is primarily a tool that co-creates the image of the region.
Increasing the competitiveness of the region can be achieved by creating a tourist product into which they were included regional products and tourist attractions.
