Abstract

The thesis is focused on market valuation and administrative selected set of immovable property, the subsequent comparison of selected methods that are used in the valuation. In the theoretical section describes the basic concepts of valuation, market valuation and administrative acess. The practical part is focused on the valuation of the selected file immovable assets, using various valuation methods. The last part deals with a summary comparing the methods used and the calculation of the acquisition of immovable property.
