Abstract
This work deals with the realization of the measurement device including control system using programming language LabVIEW. The solar cells are measured on the instrument,between each working operation process control. For this purpose,the product must be adapted forrapid exchange of the testing area and contacting the head. The work also addresses the possibility of using a measuring card companies such as Nacional Instrument NI6008 like switch load. This problem was solved with the help of precision resistors, which in their combination, we can continuous change resistive load. The measuring application also gives users the possibility of focusing the sun to the center of the solar cell using a through simple device and displayed information on the Control Panel. The actual measurement of performance characteristics using the program runs automatically when you press the button to start measurement. The application requires the user only fill your name and number procedure that the preparation time.
Also included is a program that can run on any PC and allows you to analyze the measured data. For easy data sharing systém is chosen MySQL database server. With this server,thus measuring how the program communicates with the loading characteristics of theprogram to analyze data.
One of the requirements is to develop a systém using existing equipment, so the wholeoperation should be stabilized source, the light source, measuring card and a computerwith drivers for DAQ Assistant.
