Regenerace panelového sídliště Ostrava-Hrabůvka

Abstract

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a project of hausing estate regeneration in Ostrava-Hrabůvka, which will lead to the improvement of this locality.

It focuses on finding a solution of high road and foot-path, solution of a static transportation, street areas, public areas, green areas, children’s play-grounds in this locality.

The project will lead to the foundation of a pleasant environment in residential area. The project considers technical conditions of the area, neighboring areas and restrictions given by valid technical and legal standards.

After a thorough analysis of the current situation, I propose a suitable solution to remove all the shortcomings, which will create a pleasant environment in habitable zone, while respecting the technical conditions, the environment and the limits imposed by the applicable technical and legal standards.

The most important factors that influenced the settlement proposal is complicated arrangement of utilities and lack of space for new parking areas. The solution of mine was to propose two pallet parking objects and an underground car parking, which would cover the current demand for parking places.
