Abstract

Terrain revitalization concept in crossroad area of streets Podebradova and 28. rijna. The study evaluates existing house-buldings and its exploitability for the revitalization purposes of the entire urban structure. The proposal for new finishing of buildings will be directed to maximal usage of the area with a maximum possible proportion of living and residential functions respecting the ensurance of a good environment and a high attractiveness for any kind of users and pedestrians. Exceptional location in the city structure is forcing as well the extraordinary functionality, arrangement and formal demonstration of the proposed structure. The concept of transportation solution, functional utilization and the usage of public space will express the opinion for the ideal organization in the location of the transport junction and the gate to the city centre.
