Abstract

Rekonštrukcie hotelového domu, obec Čierne, Slovenská republika. Obsahom bakalárskej práce je návrh rekonštrukcie hotelového domu Magistrál v obci Čierne, za účelom zvýšenia jeho súčasného štandardu. Riešený pozemok sa nachádza v centrálnej časti obce. Navrhovaniu predchádzal prieskum konkurencie reštauračných zariadení a dopyt po bytovom bývaní. V úvodnej časti práce je riešený súčasný stav objektu, jeho história, popis a zhodnotenie. Druhá časť sa zaoberá spracovaním dvoch variant návrhov funkčného a dispozičného riešenia a podrobným dopracovaním jednej z nich ( návrh č. 2) podľa platnej legislatívy. Cieľom práce je navrhnutie moderného reštauračného zariadenia so zázemím a bezbariérovým prístupom, a prestavba priestorov hotelových izieb na bytové jednotky s bytovým vybavením.

Reconstruction of the hotel house in Čierne, Slovak republika The content of this bachelor´s thesis is reconstruction proposal of Hotel Magistral in Čierne, for increase of current standard. The land is situated in the center of the village. Proposal was preceded by a survey of competitive restaurant and requests for housing. In the first part I focused a present state of building, history, description and evaluation of present time. The second part deals with the processing of two variants of the proposals with detail refinement of one of them (proposal No. 2) according to current legislation The aim of thesis is a modern design restaurant equipment and facilities with wheelchair access and remodeling space hotel rooms in housing units with home furnishings.
