Návrh firemní strategie na základě analýzy společnosti v současných podmínkách

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Návrh firemní strategie na základě analýzy společnosti v současných podmínkách" je rozbor současného stavu disponibilních zdrojů ve vybraném podniku, analýza současné finanční situace s přihlédnutím na vnější a vnitřní vlivy okolí společnosti a návrh možností ke zlepšení. Teoretická část se zabývá důležitostí strategického řízení a plánování při řízení podniku. Popisuje významnost vytyčení poslání a strategických cílů pro dlouhodobou udržitelnou prosperitu společnosti. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor lidských, finančních a technologických zdrojů podniku a finanční analýzu. Dále tato část obsahuje analýzu vnějších vlivů působících na podnik kvůli pochopení souvislostí současných rozhodnutí managementu firmy. Pomocí již zmiňovaných analýz bude vytvořena SWOT analýza, která sumarizuje získané informace. Na základě provedené podnikové diagnostiky a odborné literatury bude navrhnuta strategie, která bude směřovat ke zlepšení stávající situace podniku.

The purpose of the Thesis "The Proposal of Corporate Strategy Based on an Analysis of the Company in Current Conditions" is analysis of the current state of the available resources in the selected company, an analysis of the current financial situation with regard to internal and external environmental influences and opportunities for improvement. The theoretical part deals with the importance of the strategic management and strategic planning in business management. It describes the significance of the identification of the mission and strategic goals for long-term sustainable prosperity of the company. The practical part contains an analysis of human, financial and technological resources and financial analysis. Iin addition, this section includes analysis of external influences on the enterprise for understanding the context of the current decisions of company management. Based on above-mentioned analysis will be created SWOT analysis, which summarizes the information obtained. Based on business analyzes performed and literature there will be designed a strategy that will aim to improve the current situation.
