Abstract

The thesis aims to evaluate the economic effectiveness of economic effectiveness of company in the market of packaging, packaging materials and other consumer goods. The evaluation is done by means of benchmarking indicators of financial analysis. The entire paper consists of three chapters plus introduction and conclusion. The first part contains all the theoretical background needed to carry out economic analysis. There are also outlines the basic concepts, approaches and methodologies related to the issues examined. The analyzed company is presented in the application. It referred to its history, scope and the current situation. This section deals with the practical application of financial analysis by comparison. In conclusion, there are mentioned proposals and recommendations arising from the findings. It also includes a summary, which reflects the complex situation of the company during the period. Based on the fact of the scope it is recommended to the company to terminate its business activities due to recurring losses and hight debt ratio.
