Návrh osobního finančního plánu vybraných klientů

Abstract

Diplomová práce obsahuje sestavení optimálního finančního plánu pro tři vybrané klienty a doporučení vhodného řešení finanční situace klientů na základě jejich cílů a finančních možností. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První je teoretická, která je zaměřena na finanční plánování, a popisuje také investování, spoření, pravidelnou rentu, úvěry a inflaci. Druhá část vymezuje a srovnává produkty finančního trhu. Jedná se o produkty spořící a investiční, úvěrové a pojišťovací. Poslední praktická část je zaměřena na sestavení samotného finančního plánu. Nejprve jsou představeni klienti, jejich finanční situace a cíle, ke kterým chtějí dospět. Poté je sestaven finanční plán a vybrány finanční nástroje, pomocí nichž je dosaženo vytyčených cílů.

This thesis contains compilation optimal financial plan for three selected clients and recommendation appropriate solution financial situation of clients based on their aims and budget. Thesis consists of three parts. The first is the theoretical part which is focused on financial planning and also describes investment, savings, regular anuity, loans and inflation. The second part identifies and compares financial market instruments. This is a savings and investment products, loans and insurance. The last practical part is focused on the compilation of the financial plan. There are identify clients, their budget and the aims, which clients want to acquire. Then are compiled the financial plans and there are chosen financial instruments, by means of which these aims will be achieved.
