Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the Selection of the Financial Sources for the Long-Term Asset. The objective of this work is select the most appropriate source of funding for implementation of the investment plan for the purchase of a vertical machining center by the corporate PF plasty CZ, Inc. The selection of the most appropriate source of funding is based on pre-defined criteria. In the theoretical part is defined long-term funding and characteristics each of sources. The following is explained the metodology, which is aplicated in practical part of the work. It´s including characteristic of the cost of capital, evaluation methods of funding sources and selected multi.criteria decision making techniques. Practical part firstly is focused on basic calculations of the cost of capital and discount rate. Following is analyzed each method of funding through own sources, bank loan and fiancial leasing. Analysis of the financial sources is made on the basic of criterion present value of the cost, which is determined by method of discounted cost based on NPV – Equity. Secondary is made sensitivity analysis for the selected parameter and used selected multi-criteria decision making technique for evaluation of alternatives based on the preferences of the evaluator. In conclusion is selected the most appropriate financing option.
