Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to create an application in the CAD system to generate wind and snow loads. User can interactively adjust the geometry of the building to their needs and starts the application to generate surface loads from the effects of wind and snow. Generating load is carried out according to standards ČSN EN 1991-1-3 and ČSN EN 1991-1-4. Results are displayed as solid objects pulled out on the outline of the building. On their outer surfaces can then be written out the text values of shape coefficients, or calculated planar loads for the area. The user has the option to browse through the different load cases and select different types of presentation.
