Použití a srovnání detekčních přístrojů v prostředí ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

The thesis deals with the comparison of chosen detecting devices used by the Fire Brigade of ArcelorMittal Ostrava,a.s. and the detection devices used in the manufacturing process, description of the devices and the measuring methods. A measuring experiment using the devices under laboratory and real conditions in the Company was made, based on experience with different methods of measuring concentrations of substances. Subsequently, the measuring was evaluated and a solution was proposed to optimise and even upgrade the detection devices used at ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. The thesis begins with a theoretical part, which deals with the classification of the chosen terms in literature and legislation. It is followed by the practical part including the description of the Company and its Fire Brigade, the experiment, its evaluation and proposed improvements.
