Abstract

The topic of my master thesis is analysis of exchange students satisfaction with services of Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor. The goal of my master thesis is to compose solutions, which will increase satisfaction of foreign students with faculty services. In theoretical part the basic terms and methods of satisfaction mesurement are described, in practical part is the analysis itself. The analysis is composed using structured questionnaire. Following the practical part, there is a chapter where I sum up all my recommendations and proposals, which will increase the satisfaction of students with their study exchange and also improve the services of faculty.
