Tvorba podnikatelského plánu obchodní a servisní firmy v oblasti střešních konstrukcí

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu obchodní a servisní firmy v oblasti střešních konstrukcí. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy podnikatel, podnikání, malé a střední podnikání, plánování a popsán význam a struktura podnikatelského plánu včetně analýzy podnikatelského prostředí. V praktické části je nejdříve charakterizována společnost BEVEDR STŘECHY s.r.o., popsána její činnost, majetek, cíle, zákazníci a zaměstnanci. Jsou zde uvedeny také vybrané ekonomické ukazatele v letech 2012 a 2013, jako je výsledek hospodaření, bilanční suma a tržby. Dále následuje provedení podnikatelské analýzy a to prostřednictvím PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy zdrojů, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Klíčovou oblastí práce je návrh podnikatelského plánu pro společnost BEVEDR STŘECHY s.r.o. na budoucí tři roky spolu s doporučeným postupem pro vedení firmy.

The thesis is focused on creating a business plan for sales and service company in the field of roof construction. The theoretical part includes definitions of terms such as entrepreneur, entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized business and planning. There is also described the meaning and structure of the business plan, including an analysis of the business environment. In the practical part is first characterized company BEVEDR STŘECHY s.r.o. with a description of its activities, assets, goals, customers and employees. This chapter also contains selected economic indicators between 2012 and 2013 as profit, balance sheet and sales. Then follows the execution of business analysis through the PEST analysis, Porter´s five forces model, source analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. A key area of this thesis is design of business plan for the company BEVEDR STŘECHY s.r.o. in the next three years together with the recommended procedure for the management of the company.
