Problematika úpadku z právního a ekonomického hlediska

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of bankruptcy from legal and economic point of view. The aim of the thesis is to discuss the bankruptcy, assess the bankruptcy crimes and determine certain options of bankruptcy prevention. In theoretical part of the thesis, there is the concept bankruptcy determined and its legal and economic reasons and consequences are presented. Bankruptcy crimes are described by description method. The practical part of the thesis discusses two cases of the practice, which were dealt with by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. In the following part of the thesis, options of bankruptcy and bankruptcy crimes prevention are dealt with. In the conclusion, there are results and knowledge of theoretical and practical parts of the thesis summarized as well as options of prevention of bankruptcy and crimes related to it are presented.
