Financování investiční akce v obci

Abstract

The aim of this thesis entitled „The Financing of a Municipal Investment Project“ is to find suitable methods for the financing of an investment project to plan the construction of a water supply, sewerage with a sewage treatment plant. The thesis is dividend into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part is concerned with the characteristics and status of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The pracitcal part contains an analysis of the management of the municipality Kostelec na Hané between 2007 – 2011. The last part of the thesis is devoted to an assessment of the financing options (a) using subsidies from the European Union and (b) investigating the posibility of financing the project from non-E. U. sources.
