Systém měření provozních veličin těžního zařízení H1200

Abstract

The objective of this work is analysis of the current system and the proposal for a completely new operating parameters and conditions measurement system of the emergency transport equipment ČKD H 1200 operated in the state enterprise DIAMO, branch ODRA. The introduction describes the current situation, principle and purpose of operation of equipment and analysis of the current measurement method. Next part describes innovative solutions for measurement of operating parameters and conditions. The proposed system is based on operating conditions scanning with inductive sensors and data processing using compact programmable logic controller and its software application extension. The final part shows impact of proposed measurement system implementation to emergency transport equipment ČKD H 1200 functionality based on operation verification.
