Evaluace podnikové strategie ve společnosti ELVAC IPC s.r.o.

Abstract

This diploma work is devoted analysis of system environment, inside and outside of the company ELVAC IPC, Ltd. There were used the chosen method which were suitable for recommendation of the evaluation of the company strategy. First part is the theoretical one and there were explained the conceptions used in this work, PEST, SWOT, Porter model competition analysis here. The application one is oriented on current status of the ELVAC IPC, Ltd. Company. The company is presented by means of the strategy analysis of the micro and macro environment and gain this way status of the micro environment of the company. For these purpose SWOT analyses were used. The final part of the diploma work try to show facts gained during the work and show evaluation of the strategy, too. There are presented future steps for implementation recommended strategy of the company here.
