Abstract

The ability to possess qualified human resources should be a highly desirable goal for every company. The company should be able to acquire such qualified human resources, increase their qualification further and use it efficiently. This master thesis is focused on the analysis of human resources management in the company Sport centrum Drapa, ltd., mainly on the conception of human resources management in the target company and creating the company power, which contains a very important process of human resources planning, searching for qualified employees and their releasing as well. The further education of staff is another process thoroughly discussed in the thesis, as well as the internal context of human resources management, where I focus on the evaluation of employees as one of the most important motivating factors. The results of the analysis will be used for suggestions to further improve the effectiveness of human resource management in the target company in order to improve the company’s long – term success and competitive ability.
