Zlepšení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v podniku Adriana, s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of recruitment and selection of the firm Adriana – výrobce těstovin, s. r. o. There are described theoretical background in recruitment and selection, and these are compared with the real situation in the company. This situation is investigated by using unstructured interviews with human resource department and a questionnaire survey among employees. The aim of this work is to identify possible inconsistencies with the theoretical background and compared company and then recommendations on how to put this difficult process in an overall improvement.
