Návrh konečného využití brownfieldu Zimný Důl

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce „Návrh konečného využití brownfield Zimný důl“ je seznámit čtenáře s návrhem na řešení budoucího využití konkrétní lokality. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci Zimného dolu a zpracovat návrhy na budoucí využití tohoto brownfield. Byly zpracovány 3 varianty různých řešení. Ke každé variantě byl zpracován ekonomický rozpočet a návrh vzhledu v terénu. V teoretické části DP jsou vymezeny pojmy z oblasti problematiky brownfields a kulturní krajiny. Praktická část analyzuje předmětnou lokalitu, podnikových materiálů, řízeného rozhovoru s občany a analýzy SWOT. V závěru bude vybrána nejvhodnější varianta řešení a zodpovězená položená hypotéza.

The topic of the thesis " The final use of brownfield Zimný důl" It should introduce the readers into the future of the specific location Zimný důl. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation and to prepare the proposals for the future use of this brownfield. They processed three different options. The economical budget and the appearance in the field will be prepared for each options. There are defined the terms connected with the brownfields issue and cultural landscape. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the location by means personal errands of the author, bussiness materials, conversation with citizens and SWOT analysis. At the end of the option will be selected and answered the hypothesis.
