Abstract
This bachelor thesis analyses real estate market in Ostrava. It deals with the prices of family houses and flats for sale and for rent. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of development of prices of these real estates from the beginning of 2016, and also the development of number of offered real estates. In the teoretical part, we will define several basic notions. This thesis also evaluates the future development on this market. The analysis has been performed by collection of advertisements from three examined periods.
