Abstract
The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the valuation of land in the Czech Republic. Introduces the basic concepts related to these issues and approaches to valuation of land. The following part analyzes methodes that can be used for valuation of land. The practical part is focused on three valuations of lands by market and administrative way. Valuation is done by the index comparison method and according to the price regulations. The last part of the thesis is focused on comparison of the used methods and their evaluation.
