Abstract
The topic of the diploma thesis is the change of the contemporary system of employees evaluation in organisation XYZ. The diploma thesis is systematically divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides us with a concise overview of human resources, forms, criteria, departments and methods of employees evaluation. The practical part is dedicated to the characterization of the organisation, analysis of the contemporary system of employees evaluation which was preceded by a conversation with the manager and an answer sheet inquiry focused on the satisfaction of the contemporary system of employees evaluation. On the basis of the analysis of the contemporary situation and the acquired theoretical knowledge the organisation was provided with proposals and recommendations which help to improve the process of employees evaluation.
