Abstract

The present master's thesis deals with a theme of heating and ventilation solution of mountain hotel. The subject is elaboration of a project documentation and design of heating and ventilation. It consists of two parts: a constructional part and a building services part. The constructional part deals with appropriate solution design of a building construction so that the building complies with relevant standards and requirements. The building services part is focused on heating solution and solution of ventilation of a restaurant part of the building.

The main objective of this master's thesis is to design the building with appropriate heating and ventilation system with consideration of location of the building. A source of heat for heating and hot water preparation is a cascade of brine/water heat pumps. The heating system consists of radiators. The ventilation of the restaurant part of the building is secured by an air handling unit. An exhaust ventilation of restaurant's bathroom is secured by axial inline fans.
