Optimalizace trhacích prací v organizaci Austin Powder Service CZ

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem optimalizace trhacích prací v organizaci Austin Powder Servise CZ, s.r.o. V úvodních kapitolách popisuji současný stav trhacích prací v organizaci Austin Powder Servise CZ, s.r.o., dále popisuji techniku využívanou pro nabíjení vrtů a zabývám se trhavinami a rozbuškami, které používá organizace Austin Powder Servise CZ, s.r.o. V dalších částech diplomové práce navrhuji modernizaci a zefektivnění trhacích prací pomocí plastové ucpávky a zabývám se ekonomickým vyhodnocením nově navrhovaného řešení. V závěru diplomové práce je doporučení na změnu postupů v organizaci Austin Powder Servise CZ, s.r.o. a tím snížením ekonomických nákladů.

This diploma thesis deals with the optimalization of blasting works in Austin Powder Servise CZ, Ltd. company. In the introductory chapters I describe current conditions of blasting works in Austin Powder Servise CZ, Ltd., I describe using a technique for charging of boreholes and I describe explosives and detonators, which are used by Austin Powder Servise CZ, Ltd. In another part of thesis I suggest modernization and more effective blasting works using a plastic seal. These suggestions are economically evaluated. In last part of diploma thesis I suggest changes of processes in Austin Powder Servise CZ, ltd. and thereby reduction of economic costs.
