Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is that deal with the issue of human pharmaceuticals and their metalolites in wastewater. The first part deals with the classification of pharmaceuticals and their metabolites which remain in the water and are heavily receivable and biodegradable. The second part deals with the circuit of pharmaceuticals in the water and the influence of these pharmaceuticals on the environment, mainly to the flora and fauna found it the aquatic environment. Part of this work also includes any technology udes to remove pharmaceuticals from wastewater.
