Systém řízení jakosti v podmínkách municipalit

Abstract

This project is aimed at problems of proceeding quality by the norm ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 on the level of municipalities. In the theoretical part the basic conditions regulating the position and activities of municipalities are described. There is also indicated usefulness of introducing this norm to their conditions. In consequence of it the process of implementation QMS has been solved and there are determined hypotheses of a contribution of this system for the municipality. Their practical realization is consequently screened on a concrete object in town Louny. It was the Fown Municicipality. The appropriate research here was realized by a form of a survey performed by people who participate both directly and indirectly on the system is with employees and clients of the Municicipality. The results of the survey supported by studying of realization documents of the Municipality, then gave the possibility of evaluation of contribution and effectiveness of the introduced system. In the end of the project there are suggested some recommendation for improving of the contemporary state.
