Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create project documentation for an apartment building in the construction stage according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. It is a non-basement apartment building with four above-ground floors and ten residential units, while the first above-ground floor is designed for a barrier-free apartment for people with limited mobility. There is a roof terrace in the middle of the U-shaped fourth above-ground floor. The roof of the building is designed as a flat green roof. The project documentation prepared according to the scope of the assignment and according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [2] contains a technical report and a drawing part. The bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal and technical assessment of perimeter structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [18], an assessment of the acoustic properties of structures according to ČSN 73 0532 (2020) [19] and a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
