Analýza efektivity outsourcingu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis " Analysis of Outsourcing Efficiency in a Production Company" focuses on the use of outsourcing for production or part of production that companies are unable to operate themselves. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the field of production, company operation and outsourcing. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness of outsourcing in a selected company and the comparison with in-house production, which is considered through investment in a new machine. To establish the analysis, indicators for the evaluation of investment projects, appropriate data collection and evaluation methods were used. This bachelor thesis concludes suggesting appropriate recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
