Abstract

JIŘIKOVSKÝ, Tomáš. Exercise of Crisis Management Authority – Fire of Large Extent. Diploma thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2015, 65 p. The subject of this thesis is to propose the concept of crisis management authority exercises to fighting the effects of a fire of large excent . The work is divided into two parts , the first of which deals mainly with the types of information to create a view of the functioning of the task force , issues and progress in the actual implementation of the exercises in the Czech Republic. The next section contains information from two intervening large-extent fires, which have served to establish the conclusions of the proposed exercise. As a final exercise itself is designed for crisis management authority at the level of municipalities with extended competence , including the created scenarios, according to which the exercise will follow.
