Analýza a zpracování biomedicínských obrazových dat

Abstract

In the theoretical part, this diploma thesis focuses on the biomedical data of DICOM standard. Each part of the standard is briefly described in the first chapter of the theoretical part. The following chapter described the legislation on the protection of personal data and the processing of patient data. The practical part compares data from different manufacturers. Another task of the practical part is to design and test a program for editing and processing of data acquired on CT in DICOM format in the MATLAB program environment. The resulting program was tested on real data provided by the CyberKnife Clinical Center at the University Hospital Ostrava, where it should be used in the future.
