Systém pro správu speciální techniky HZS

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an information system for fire brigades, aimed at unifying the management of equipment and providing tactical and operational support during emergency interventions. The introductory part describes the theoretical background related to information systems in rescue services and emphasizes the importance of integrating registry and coordination functionalities into a single centralized environment. The practical part focuses on the design and development of a system that integrates an overview of available equipment, vehicles, tools, providing a real-time view of field conditions. The subsequent sections detail the testing and validation process of the solution, including the implementation of notification mechanisms, map support, and methods for data filtering and updating. The result is a developed information system that can improve the efficiency of coordination of interventions and contribute to a more efficient use of available resources.
