Územní studie zástavby Polešovice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout využití a novou zástavbu ve vymezené lokalitě v Polešovicích. Nová zástavba bude začleněna do okolí a napojena na stávající technickou infrastrukturu. Součástí bude vyřešení dopravy, pěších komunikací, inženýrských sítí, doplnění zelení, vyřešeno bude odpadové hospodářství a doplnění mobiliářem. Za tímto účelem bude proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality. Dokumentace bude zpracována v rozsahu územní studie. Součástí práce bude propočet nákladů navrhovaného území.

The object of my thesis is to project potential usage and a new build-up area in the determined district of Polešovice. The new build-up area will be integrated into its surroundings, connected to the existing technical infrastructure. Moreover, we would like to offer possible solution for traffic, pedestrian area, ingeneering nets, including a green area, waste and facilities management. So, because of these mentioned reasons, it would be necessary to realize analyse of this area´s contemporary problematics. Documentation will be studied in limits of the ground plan. The part of the work will offer, as well, the calculation of potential expenses for this territory.
