Abstract

In the first part of this work is described in legislation and the issue of processing of car wrecks. Listed below are the factors that influence the formation of car wrecks, both by citizens and by processors, such as scrap, old cars or economic situation. The practical part of using a questionnaire collected data directly from the practice by manufacturers of car wrecks and assessing how and to what extent the above factors affecting the business dealing with car wrecks.
