Pojistné podvody z hlediska ekonomického a právního a jejich prevence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá velmi aktuální problematikou pojistných podvodů v naší společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do několika samostatných kapitol, které na sebe navazují. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá základní charakteristikou, klasifikací a pachateli pojistných podvodů. Dále jsou v teoretické části rozebrány pojistné podvody v životním i neživotním pojištění, vyšetřování a odhalování pojistných podvodů a jsou také rozebrány veškeré možnosti prevence v boji proti pojistným podvodům. V praktické části byly vybrány nejznámější a nejvíce sledované kauzy pojistných podvodů, které byly zatím v České republice spáchány. Hlavním cílem praktické části byla analýza preventivních opatření a jejich využitelnosti v praxi. V závěru byla sepsána doporučení autorky práce, která by mohla být pro tuto problematiku využitelná.

This bachelor thesis deals with a very relevant issue of insurance fraud in our society. The thesis is divided into several separate chapters which are connected to each other. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic characteristics, classification and offenders of insurance fraud. Furthermore, the theoretical part discusses insurance fraud in life and non-life insurance, investigation and detection of insurance fraud and also discusses all the possibilities of preventing fraud. In the practical part were selected the most known and most watched cases of insurance fraud, which have been committed in the Czech Republic so far. The main objective of the practical part was to analyze preventive measures and their applicability in practice. At the end of my work were written my personal recommendations, which could help with the issue. At the end were written author's recommendations, which could be usefull for this issue.
