Abstract

Strategy proposal for the AHOS CZ, s.r.o. enterprise was the goal of the diploma thesis “Strategy of the Company”. In the first chapter “Theoretic foundation of strategic planning and work methodology” were described fundamental terms about strategy. Theoretical summary was made from published literature on PESTLE analysis, financial analysis and GM-TREND method. PESTLE analysis of macrodistrict and financial analysis using individual ratio parameters were made on the basis of information and materials provided by company management. Furthermore the dynamic of the company potential was measured with the aid of GM-TREND method. Recommendations and strategy proposal were submitted to AHOS CZ, s.r.o. enterprise on the basis of obtained information and made analyses; after consultation with the company management it will become a basic documentation for creating and implementation of the principal company strategy.
