Optimalizace řízení zásob

Abstract

Cílem této práce je analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu řízení zásob a navržení možného zlepšení stávajícího systému řízení zásob, kde jsou neúčinně vázány peněžní prostředky. Objektem této práce je konkrétní skupina položek od firmy Hasco, která je pomocí analýzy ABC rozdělena dle významnosti do jednotlivých skupin. To je provedeno ze dvou hledisek - dle celkové spotřeby v Kč a dle četnosti spotřeby počtu kusů. Výsledkem je zjištění stavu skladu a rozlišení položek na životně důležité, potřebné a méně významné a návrh řešení.

The target of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and assessment of the current state of inventory management and proposal of possible improvement to the existing inventory management system, where the funds are inefficiently bound. The object of this work is a concrete group of Hasco company items, which are divided according to the significance of the individual groups with use of ABC analysis. This is done from two perspectives - according to the total consumption in CZK and according to the frequency of piece consumption. The result is the warehouse status detection and items separation into vital, necessary and less significant and the proposal solution.
