Abstract
This thesis deals with the implementation of CCTV inspections within the installation of a robotic workplace for production of brakes. The first part is an analysis approach and vision for use in the manufacturing industry. Then analyzed the issue of the use of machine vision in robotics workplaces. It was designed and implemented by CCTV inspection for use on robotic work program VBAI with data visualization. Individual inspection steps were verified in MATLAB and the graphical visualization processed in MATLAB GUI. Program was created in the TIA Portal V13 for communication with the I/O applications CCTV inspection. The whole machine vision applications for camera inspection was successfully completed, validated and tested.
