Zaměstnanecké benefity jako nástroj motivace

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnanecké benefity jako nástroj motivace ve vybrané společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Je rozdělena na dva segmenty - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se jedná o vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti motivace a benefitů, jejich typy, formy, význam i trendy. V praktické části je největší pozornost soustředěna na dotazníkové šetření a provedení vlastní analýzy, včetně návrhů a reálných úprav.

This thesis focuses on Employee Benefits as a Motivation Tool in a chosen company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical ones. In the theoretical part,there are defined essential terms in the field of motivation and benefits, their types, forms, meanings and trends. In the practical part,there is a great deal of attention paid to questionnaire investigation and completion of the analysis itself, including suggestions and real adjustments.
