Abstract

The dissertation deals with the possibility of using directional measurement using a gyrotheodolite in building the primary staking network of the railway point field, hereinafter referred to as ŽBP. The primary ŽBP network is built using GNSS technology, but it cannot always be used, for example railway lines run in permanently forested areas or in mountainous terrain. This makes direct use of GNSS technology impossible and it is necessary to determine the primary network by other methods. One of the variants could be the alignment of the sides of the traverse using a gyrotheodolite.
