Informační podpora velitele zásahu při činnostech v terénu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v úvodní části zabývá analýzou současných druhů informací, které potřebuje velitel zásahu pro svoje rozhodování, dále se zabývá současnými i budoucími technologiemi pro přenos hlasových i datových informací, možnostmi map a kombinace systémů určovaní polohy s nimi. V diplomové práci také pojednávám o zařízeních, která jsou schopna získané informace přenést z operačních středisek na místo zásahu. Následně jsem provedl dotazníkový průzkum, který byl předložen velitelům zásahu, z něhož následně vychází závěrečná část. Zde je vybrána jako platforma tablet iPhone s možnostmi informační podpory velitele zásahu a podrobně rozebrán přístup do jednotlivých informačních systémů.

This Diploma Thesis considers analysis of actual kinds of information for the intervention commander, which is necessery for his decision, in introducion part. The next part is about actual and future technology for transmission of voice and data information, mapping options and combination of the systems for determining of the location with maps. Next I deal with equipments which are able to transfer obtained information from operational centres to the place intervention. Then I made the questionnaire research, which I gave to intervention commander. The questionnaire research is included to the final part of my Diploma Thesis. I chose tablet iPhone as a platform with possibilities of information support for the intervention commander and there I analized the access to individual information systems.
