Abstract

The aim of master thesis Redefining the Systems of Employee Selection and Adaptation in a Chosen Organization was to analyse the existing processes of selection and adaptation in organization Meopta - Optika, s.r.o.. After analyzing the processing of proposals for improving of the process of employee selection and adaptation in Meopta - Optika, s.r.o. The Master Thesis includes the theoretical - methodological part and the application-authenticationt part. The first part includes methods of the thesis and describes in general perspective the process of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees and is supported by scientific literature. The second part analyses the process in the Meopta - Optika, s.r.o.
