Abstract

The paper aims to perform a constructive analysis of the employee selection and recruitment at BIKE FUN International s.r.o., highlight its shortcomings and offer, develop and recommend possible solutions that would increase the process effectively. The author reviews the literature and defines the key terms within the thesis in the first part. In the second part, the author performs the analysis of the current recruitment processes. Consequently, the paper pinpoints the shortcomings of the current recruitment process and recommends improvements in order to reach the desired state of the process mentioned in the theoretical part of the paper. The author focuses especially on the job description analysis as it is believed this is the essential determinant of the effective process. Thus, several methods are introduced that would evaluate the required skills of the applicants that are have not yet been tested.
