Abstract

The aim is to analyze the existing system of motivation and remuneration of employees in the company Truss Aluminium Factory and propose recommendations, which should lead to an improvement in motivation and reward. First, a theoretical base issue. Using the available literature describes the theoretical background of motivation and remuneration of employees. An overview of the company and analyze the current state of motivation and remuneration of employees using internal company data, interviews with staff, observation and questionnaire survey among workers. Data obtained from the questionnaire are evaluated using tables, graphs and statistical analysis. The conclusion comprehensively summarized and interpreted information identified on the basis of this information are suggested recommendations and actions that should lead to the improvement of the system of motivation and reward.
