Abstract

The diploma thesis contains the education system and its use of information communication technologies in the company Stredoslovenská distribučná, a.s.. The educated and qualified employees have become an important competitive advantage for the organization. The requirements for the efficiency of all processes are constantly increasing. Information and communucation technologies can help to achieve the goal. The work is dedicated to the analysis of systematic company planned education in the company and the possibilities of communication information technologies. The conclusion of this thesis is focused on proposal to increase the efficiency of educational process in company.
