Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis deals with personnal marketing, its trends in the promotion of the company Specialist Service on social media. It focuses on the characteristics of the functioning of online advertising on social media and the advantages and disadvantages associated with it. Furthermore, the opportunity to extend the company's offer of courses that will focus on job search issues. The research was conducted by quastionnaire survey.
