Abstract

In this thesis I create a project of application of the grant from EU to finance the rebuilding of quest-house. I do not focus on his creations only, but also on substantial and important activities that relate to the investment project, such as the possibility of funding and grant application process. In my opinion, the quest-house will bring the benefit not only for the Ltd. Company (s.r.o.) who wants to realize this investment to the project but also for the citizens of the community where the guest-house will be set. This will lead to raising the publicity for the village and also to contributing the increase of tourism what will positively affect the income for both the company and the village. Furthermore it will help reduce unemployment and will help to satisfy the visitors of this area. This investment project will be funded from the budget of the Ltd. company and the European Union. Supposing the application was rejected, the company would not realize the project unfortunately. In that case, my recommendation would be to continue in this project due to its ability to found this rebuilding without any struggle. Another reason is that if the company will grant the full amount, it will be able to reconstruct the old building for four million only, which is a great opportunity.
