The aim of this dissertation thesis is to develop a project for the implementation of a new multifunctional cultural center. The building is designed as a skeletal two-storey non-basement building with a flat roof. Part of the diploma thesis is a technical report prepared according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. No. 62/2013 Coll. on documentation of buildings, thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building envelope, static calculation of the ceiling structure.
