Ekonomické a právní aspekty úpadku společnosti Alfa s. r. o.

Abstract

The first part of the bachelor thesis focuses on bankruptcy of the selected company as for economic and legal point of view. Basic terms are determined such as rules, subjects, insolvency or bankruptcy by insolvency law. Bankruptcies of the companies have significant impact on the Czech economy, mainly on unemployment, social support or particular regions development. Within insolvency process the crime is not excluded, therefore, one chapter is focused on regulation of Criminal Code. The thesis discusses real example of the company. This went through bankruptcy being caused by secondary insolvency. The main aim of this thesis is to propose some solutions, which could protect the companies against possible decadence.
